The integrated services offered by KRH are distributed over a wide spectrum:

A. Sponsorship and Normalization Services

1. Normalization & Legalization
   KRH provides all services required to ensure that all employees who are eligible for residency permit in the host country are normalized and/or legalized as applicable under the Labor Law. Services include but not limited to: (Work Visa, Residence Permits, Medicals & Drivers Licenses … etc).
2. Travel Management
   Service includes but not limited to: (Supply of Airline ticket to & from point of origin, government projects tickets in accordance with Host Nation laws for regular & emergency leaves … etc).
3. Payroll Management
   KRH provides payroll & perks management services to meet Local Labor Laws and client regulations and policies.
4. Life and Medical Insurance
   KRH provides Workmen’s compensation insurance, general work-site liability insurance, medical and life insurance.
5. General Advice and Assistance
   KRH maintains oversight and support for the entire program and provides general advice and assistance to all employees and employees’ families with regards to the host country laws, customs, culture and affairs.

B. Support Services for Foreign Nationals (FN)

1. Recruitment of Skilled Employees
   Manpower is one of the pillars of any successful organization. Through a highly stringent and systematic process, KRH ensures the recruitment of qualified workforce to fulfill the requirements of its contractors/clients. Services include but not limited to: (Interviewing, Selecting, Legal documentation & Tests … etc).
2. Housing services. Dormitory Accommodation
   Fully furnished & equipped dormitory rooms in a residential compound provided with kitchen facility, showers & toilet facilities, laundry rooms, recreational facilities, mail service, telephone service and parking lots.
3. Laundry Services
   Fully equipped pick up & drop points for laundry service for personal clothing, bedding and uniforms on a daily basis at the accommodation facility.
4. Catering and Meal Supply
   High quality catering services include daily open buffet serving, breakfast, Hot Lunch meals and dinner; in addition to the delivery of meals to work locations.
5. Transportation. Shuttle Services
   Transportation for all employees to and from work sites. Additionally, transportation for emergency calls, medical requirements and special transportation service for personal needs are available throughout the clock.
6. Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
   Full Supply of coveralls, protective and safety shoes, gloves, eye protection, hard hats, reflective vests, etc…
7. Recreation
   Fully equipped recreation facility is provided at the housing premises supported with sports tournaments and cultural festivals.
8. Management Supervision
   High skilled on-site management team to ensure that all service provided to employees are of the highest quality and meeting all standards.

C. Support Services for Western Employees

1. Housing. Lease of Fully Furnished Apartments
   All housing units are fully furnished, equipped and provided with 24/7 maintenance service, general cleaning, telephone line, internet service, 24/7 security service, and recreational facilities.
2. Transportation. Vehicle Lease and Shuttle Services
   Vehicle Lease
   All types and sizes of vehicles are available for release at KRH. KRH sets special vehicle leased program to provide the necessary operational and administrative support to all leased vehicles, maintaining smooth operation & client’s satisfaction.

   Transportation for all employees to and from work sites. Additionally, transportation for emergency calls, medical requirements and special transportation service for personal needs are mage available throughout the clock.
